Data & LiabilityCustomers are advised to back up their data before repair. We are not responsible for any loss of data, files, or applications.While we take great care in handling your device, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues beyond the scope of repair.5. Parts & ReplacementWe use high-quality replacement parts. In some cases, original manufacturer parts may not be available.Customers will be informed if third-party parts are used.6. PaymentsPayment is due upon completion of the repair.Uncollected devices after 60 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of.7. Fast Service PromiseWe aim to provide fast turnaround times, but repair speed depends on the nature of the fault and parts availability.8.
