1. Services Provided

We specialize in repairing smartphones, laptops, and gaming consoles. With over 20 years of experience, our team provides fast and reliable repair services.

2. Diagnosis & Repair

• All devices are inspected before repair to identify faults.

• We will inform you of estimated costs and repair times before starting the work.

• In some cases, repair times may vary depending on parts availability.

3. Warranty on Repairs

• Repairs come with a limited warranty covering the specific issue repaired.

• Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, software issues, or faults unrelated to the original repair.

4. Data & Liability

• Customers are advised to back up their data before repair. We are not responsible for any loss of data, files, or applications.

• While we take great care in handling your device, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues beyond the scope of repair.

5. Parts & Replacement

• We use high-quality replacement parts. In some cases, original manufacturer parts may not be available.

• Customers will be informed if third-party parts are used.

6. Payments

• Payment is due upon completion of the repair.

• Uncollected devices after 60 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of.

7. Fast Service Promise

We aim to provide fast turnaround times, but repair speed depends on the nature of the fault and parts availability.

By leaving your device with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
